council elections are such a massive waste of time since candidate usually all get into council anyway and no this is not conceived out of my hatred for authority.
candidates are to campaign to get votes from other people but i really dont see any point in this. some people are just making use of this to boost their popularity eg. Slutty Bitchy Whore.
